Teacher Grants
Supporting our Wonderful Teachers
The Deer Creek Schools Foundation awards classroom grants to Deer Creek teachers to provide the equipment, teaching aids, technology, and classroom items they need to enhance the learning process. (It’s one of our favorite things!)
Because of generous patrons and donors, the DCS Foundation fulfilled $100,000 of teacher grant requests last year.
Teachers requested items such as:
- science microscopes
- calculators
- student art displays
- marching band PA system
- robotics equipment
- elementary classroom books and hands-on for students
- Google Chromebooks and IPads and much, much more!

Thank you for funding my grant for T1 Graphing calculators. We recently investigated systems of linear inequalities using calculators. Students were able to quickly manipulate the inequality to see how the solution changed. Students were fully engaged with technology in their hands! Thank you!
